SpamFilter Support: Configure Settings

If you find a message in your Spam folder from one of your contacts, you can "whitelist" the sender’s email address to prevent their messages from being blocked in the future.

  • Open the message by clicking on the subject.
  • Click on "Allow Sender" in the message Options to add the sender’s address to your whitelist
    or click "Allow Domain" to add the entire domain to your whitelist. SpamFilter will not block messages from any email address at that domain.
  • The message Options will indicate the email address has been whitelisted
  • Click "remove" next to the email address if you would like to remove it from your whitelist.

Manual Configuration

You can also manually configure your whitelist and other SpamFilter settings. Click on “Options” from the top menu, and then click on “Spam Filters”. The following screen will appear:

The top part of the page relates to the Allow / Deny Address List, while the lower part of the page contains General Settings.
