SpamFilter Support: Login

These web pages will guide you through the advanced features and customization of SpamFilter on your email account. There are however some guidelines that will allow you to use SpamFilter to its full potential:

  • SpamFilter is not automatically enabled on your Mag-Net email account. To activate SpamFilter, send an email request to accounts@mag-net.com
  • SpamFilter will only work on new email coming in after it has been activated and not on emails that have been sitting in your Inbox from before the feature was added to your account.
  • SpamFilter must be configured through the Webmail interface.
  • SpamFilter cannot be managed through your email program on your computer. For example you cannot view block spam messages or change your SpamFilter settings in Outlook Express.

Logging into Webmail

The first step for configuring your SpamFilter settings is to log in to your Webmail. Connect to the Internet and then use your web browser to head over to http://webmail.mag-net.com/

Enter your email address and your password in the appropriate fields. Click the “Login” button. This will bring you to the Webmail interface (see next screen).
