- Optimizing performance;
- Tuning up your systems to operate more efficiently.
- Protecting your system from Virus’ and Spyware;
- Check to make sure your anti-virus software is functional and up to date.
- Check to make sure your anti-spyware software is functional and up to date.
- Verify auto-updates are functioning correctly for network versions.
- Checking that your valuable data is being backed up;**
- Thoroughly test backups to ensure they will restore your data.
- Inspect back up media.
- Clean and service your backup device.
- Ensure your backup process is being effectively managed.
- Making sure the workstations and server are operating properly;
- Check log files for potential problems or intrusion indications.
- Scan hard drive for physical errors.
- Defragment hard drives to keep data organized.
