Bogus email asking for account information

If you receive an email from anyone asking you to follow a web link and provide your user account information, don't do it.
Mag-Net will never ask you to do such a thing without posting the instruction on our web page as well as sending email.

It is good practice to pay attention to the Internet domain of the sender and the path of the web link before clicking on the link.
These messages are what is called "Phishing Email" and these are being sent with much greater frequency these days.

Spam folder problem

If you have lost access to your spam folder in webmail, you may regain access by doing the following.

In webmail click on the "Folders" link at the top of the main page.
At the bottom of the Folders page you will see a section labeled "Unsubscribe/subscribe".
In that box you will see the spam folder listed. Select the spam folder and click on subscribe at the bottom of the page.

Log out and in again. The spam folder should now be listed with your other folders.
